Late Cancellations
Just Let Us Know
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us an email letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 100% of the service charge. Cancellations/rescheduling for groups of 3 or more require a 48-hour notice.

We will accommodate your cancellation/rescheduling request according to the time the email was sent.

Tardiness
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Stories and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or forfeited so the client's appointment after you is not affected. You will still have to pay the full price of the service. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
